If you are drinking more than a bottle and a half of wine a week then you may be putting your health at risk. Whatever your level of consumption your body and mind will benefit from a break from booze.
Quite apart from the health benefits, taking a break will give you a chance to check for dependency and to recognise your triggers. If you struggle to get through an alcohol free month (or can’t even imagine it!) then you may need to attend one of our WORKSHOPS.
