66 Days to Sobriety E-BOOK!

In a study published in the European Journal of Social Psychology in 2009, Phillippa Lally and her Health Psychology Research Team at the University College London decided to figure out how long it takes to form a habit.

They found that on average, it takes more than two months before a new behaviour becomes automatic, 66 days to be exact – 66 days to rewire the brain. So in September 2019 we launched our first Sober Spring Challenge to encourage participants to acquire the new habit of sobriety.

We proposed 66 days of sobriety supported by daily e-mails full of tips, tools and strategies to avoid drinking alcohol during this period.

The Sober Spring Challenge was a huge success and was described by some participants as a life-changer.

In order to allow more people to benefit we decided to collate the 66 e-mails into one place as a reference document and this book was born!

We believe this book will help you to change your relationship with alcohol
